The Character Development project challenges YMCA staff and volunteers to commit to making the organization the leader in Character Development.  It challenges our YMCA to advocate the teaching of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, and Caring in our community.  It challenges our staff and volunteers to live their life and manage our branch operations based on these principles and to teach these values to the next generation of community leaders.
