Facility Greeter

• Assist the membership services staff team with customer service through greeting members, holding the gate, assisting them with their card swipe and monitoring the entrance through the turnstile.
• Hours: 9am-11am Monday – Saturday, 3:30-7pm Monday – Thursday.
  Please indicate hours you are available.

Contest Coordinator

• Assist the membership marketing director with a member involvement activity for our main lobby. Create a seasonal activity signage requests and reimbursement forms. Choose a winner in a timely fashion and communicate the winner and arrange for pick up.
• Hours: 1-3 varied hours per month.

Form Stock Clerk

• Assist the Membership Services Staff team with copying, stocking and preparing membership informational pieces in adequate quantities on appropriate paper for a professional image piece represented by the Rancho Family YMCA.
• Hours: 1-2 hours per week. Day not specific.

Birthday Call Volunteer

• Assist the membership services staff team with customer service retention greeting calls in an enthusiastic manor to our members. This requires a very upbeat and service minded individual.
• Hours: 1-2 hours per week during the time of 9am-7pm. Day not specific.

Membership Appreciation and Social Greeter

• Assist the Membership Service Director with preparation of food, set up, break down and information as needed for a once a month membership appreciation and new member social.
• Hours: 9am-11am and 3:30-7pm one day per month for Membership Appreciation Day. (The day will differ each month.)
  1-2 hours per month during the 3rd Thursday of each month for the New Member Social.
